PBS is biodegradable and environment-friendly material.
PBS can be produced by petrochemical raw materials (such as aliprumic acid, butanol, etc.), and can also be produced through fermentation through renewable crops, such as starch, cellulose, glucose, etc. It has a high melting point, close to PP and ABS plastics. It can bear the high temperature of 100 centigrade with a slight modification. The degradation performance is excellent. It can perform biodegradation under natural conditions.
PBS is widely used in packaging (including food packaging, cosmetic bottles, drug bottles), tableware, disposable medical supplies, agricultural film, pesticide and fertilizer slow-release materials, biomedical polymer materials and other fields. It can not only meet the demand through petrochemical products, but also produce natural renewable crop products such as cellulose, diary by-products, glucose, fructose and lactose through biological fermentation, so as to realize green circular production from nature and return to nature.
